R-House is an exclusive and quiet open space with a modern and sophisticated design.
This house tells a bit of our story, between food and art, practicality and comfort.
We have declined the research and the attention to detail that distinguishes us, in the choice of materials and furnishings: modern and elegant and, at the same time, simple and easy-going like us.

R-House is located on the fifth floor of a newly built luxury condominium in Trastevere area, one of the most characteristic districts of Rome.
It is located in a strategic position to visit the main points of interest in the city.
Among these is certainly the famous Porta Portese Market, which comes to life on Sundays right in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

R-HOUSE
The apartment is a perfect open space for 2 people. It is located on the fifth floor and it has a bright little terrace overlooking the internal courtyard, just perfect to enjoy a coffe in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon.

The entire apartment is covered in parquet and served by a centralized home automation system that allows you to manage the switching on and off of: air conditioning, underfloor heating, lights and shutters.
In the large bathroom, a courtesy kit is available for each guest consisting of: set of linen, shampoo, courtesy slippers and vanity kit.
The open space opens with a kitchen equipped with every service: fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, electric and microwave oven, kettle and coffee machine.
Under the television there is a console, which, once opened, becomes a comfortable four-person dining table.
The house also has Wi-Fi internet access, a bluetooth speaker, numerous and large wardrobes, two designer armchairs, a safe, an external washing machine, an upright iron and a drying rack.

Guests will have the opportunity to access the panoramic condominium rooftop on the eighth floor.
