The Salumeria Roscioli is a vision that Alessandro and Pierluigi Roscioli had in 2002, when they transformed their dely in a multiconcept restaurant-dely-wine bar. The main motto was and is: …prima della cucina (litteraly: before the cooking). This is a statement that means painstaking work on researching continuously on the best high quality ingredients and products available. All this is shown in the 4,5meters fridge counter at the entrance of the restaurant.
