For 3 generations the Roscioli family have been continuously churning out hot pizza at every hour of the day, following the authentic recipe of the best Roman tradition .
Our bread comes first of all from the selection of raw material (you must taste our  rustic Camargue whole salt and sour dough bread) to which we add simply respect for the leavening time and cooking temperatures. Our firing system occupies a ​​25 square meters area and it’s the most classic type of brickwork with annular tubes.

Flour, water, salt, yeast , sugar and a long natural leavening: this is the simple mixture of the classic Roman pizza .
Another specialty of the Forno Roscioli is the Larian baked in a wood bread, natural leavening with raisins, nuts and olives. But the original bread Ferrarese too, and still bread sculptures as centerpieces, baskets, place cards, cornucopia.

The key issue is that we can offer our service to caterers and hoteliers .
